Brad T. Wyly is the Founder and President of the Wyly Law Firm, P.C. Brad is a life-long resident of the Houston-Galveston area. Brad graduated from O'Connell High School in Galveston, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated magna cum laude in 3 years. Following undergrad, Brad enrolled at the University of Texas School of Law. Brad excelled in law school and graduated in the top 10 of his class earning the distinction of Chancellor. Additionally, Brad was honored by being selected to the Texas Law Review and Order of the Coif.

Following law school, Brad worked as an associate for the prestigious Houston law firm, Hicks Thomas & Lilienstern ("Hicks Thomas"). At Hicks Thomas, Brad practiced civil litigation representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Brad gained experience in various types of cases, including personal injury cases involving defective products, such as asbestos and pharmaceutical drugs and devices; consumer protection cases under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act; and medical malpractice matters. In early 2006, Brad joined Komie and Melendez Law Firm in Austin. While there, Brad gained first and second-chair trial experience representing individuals in a host of civil litigation matters. Brad served as an advocate, attorney, and counselor for numerous people injured as a result of the negligence of others. He represented individuals in a host of civil litigation matters including wrongfully injured workers and those injured in automobile accidents. He also maintained a transactional, non-litigation practice, advising individuals and businesses on corporate transactions and real estate matters.

Now, as President and Founder of the Wyly Law Firm, P.C., Brad has brought his substantial experience to Houston to better serve his clients and meet their needs. Whether in the boardroom or the courtroom, Brad is there to help clients realize their goals.
